Stakeholder Advisory Group

The Stakeholder Advisory Group for the Board of Water Supply, City and County of Honolulu, currently meets on a quarterly basis. Meetings are open to the public, with time made available for public comment. All comments submitted in writing or in person for use in the meeting process is public information.

The window to submit public comment will begin when the meeting notice and agenda have been posted to this page. The meeting notice and agenda will be posted one week in advance of the meeting. Following the meeting, presentation materials will be made available online. Notes will be posted once they have been reviewed and accepted in the next meeting.

Submittal of Public Comments

Public comment will only be accepted for upcoming Stakeholder Advisory Group meetings with a notice and agenda posted on this page.

  • Advance written comments will be accepted by mail or email no later than 12:00 PM on the day of the meeting.

  • In-person comments will be accepted during the meeting and shall be presented by the registered speaker only. Public comment is limited to two (2) minutes for the first item and one (1) minute for each additional item. To facilitate as much public comment as reasonably possible during the time allotted, submittal of a written version of in-person comments is recommended.
