Water Service Line Replacement Project in Kunia

HONOLULU – Integrated Construction, Inc., the Board of Water Supply’s (BWS) contractor for a project to install 265 new water service lines for customers in Kunia is scheduled to begin work on October 21, 2019. 

service lateral replacement various locations kuniaThis project will improve water service for area residents and will impact the following areas: Halewili Street, Hoohele Street, Hoohele Place, Hakunui Street, Halehau Street, Halehau Place, Hoohani Place, Hanui Place, Haula Street, Hakea Street, Hakea Place, Mauele Street, Mawaho Street, Mawa Street, Meaaina Place, Mehame Place, Mehe Place, Anoiki Street, Meheuheu Place, and Meki Place.

Roadwork will occur Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and will involve lane closures at various locations throughout the work area.  Area residents and motorists are advised to expect delays and use alternate routes during construction hours. Based on the current schedule, this project will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2020.
