To become a water service customer, simply submit a start request online or call (808) 748-5030. Be sure to have the service address, phone number, and the date you would like the water service to start.

Throughout the building permit process, our Customer Care staff works with customers who are developing new properties to meet BWS requirements, obtain required clearances, and meet water needs.

Due to the “Stay at Home / Work from Home” orders from the Governor of Hawaii and the Mayor of the City and County of Honolulu to help prevent the spread of the coronavirus, the lobby of the Board of Water Supply is closed until further notice. Customers who need to pay their bill should review alternative payment options.
