Meeting Our Customers' Needs

Whether it has to do with water bills, service engineering, new permits, or other frequently asked questions, Board of Water Supply personnel are prepared to assist consumers wherever possible.

To become a water service customer, simply submit a request online or call (808) 748-5030. Be sure to have the service address, phone number, and the date you would like the water service to start.

Throughout the building permit process, our Customer Care staff works with customers who are developing new properties to meet BWS requirements, obtain required clearances, and meet water needs.
