BWS Urges Windward Water Conservation

The Honolulu BWS is asking all Windward Oahu water users to voluntarily restrict water consumption by 10% due to abnormally low rainfall and declining well levels in Windward Oahu.

The BWS, along with the Department of Environmental
Services and the Commission on Water Resource
Management, has extended the Ultra-Low Flush
