Customers Reminded of Self-Service Options

BWS offers 24/7 billing and payment portal and automated pay-by-phone service


HONOLULU – Board of Water Supply (BWS) customers who wish to view and/or pay their water bill any time are encouraged to use the agency’s 24/7 customer self-service options to access their account information and BWS payment systems.

  • The account portal at www.boardofwatersupply.com allows customers to view and/or pay* their water and sewer bill quickly and easily.
    *BWS accepts credit and debit card payments for only single-family residential accounts and does not charge a card processing fee.
    • All BWS customers can go online to:
      • Submit a request to start/stop service.
      • Enroll in paperless billing.
      • Send secure messages to the BWS to request for information and assistance.
    • Single-family residential account customers:
      • Can pay online using Visa, MasterCard, and Discover card.  The BWS does not charge a card processing fee.
      • Can allow other people to make full or partial payment on the account.
         
  • The automated 24/7 pay-by-phone service allows single-family residential customers to pay their BWS bill by phone. 
    • Call (808) 204-4234 and follow prompts to navigate through the automated system to successfully make payment.
    • During regular business hours, customers may opt out of the call at any time and receive personal assistance from one of the BWS’s customer service representatives.

The BWS offers various bill payment methods to customers:

  • By mail at P.O. Box 135037, Honolulu, Hawaii 96801-5037
  • Automatic deduction from the customer’s checking or savings account
  • Via our 24/7 payment drop box outside of the building
  • In-person payments can also be made:
    • at Satellite City Halls
    • with Cashiering staff in the BWS lobby
