Imagine A Day Without Water

Join Us for Imagine A Day Without Water 2026

The Board of Water Supply, in partnership with the Office of State Representative Chris Muraoka and more than 25 participating city, state, nonprofit, and community organizations, invites you to attend this year's Imagine a Day Without Water event. This free, family-friendly celebration highlights the importance of water and the journey every drop takes from our watersheds to your home.

Event Details:

  • Date: Saturday, September 26, 2026

  • Time: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

  • Location: Ark of Safety, Waiʻanae Mall (86-120 Farrington Hwy)

  • Admission: FREE!

Activities, Workshops, and Prizes:

Enjoy interactive exhibits, educational displays, hands-on activities, games and prize giveaways for visitors of all ages.

The event will also feature a rain barrel workshop. Participants can learn how rain barrels collect and store water for outdoor uses, including watering plants and gardens. Rain barrels will also be available for purchase at a reduced cost.

Food and Refreshments:

Come hungry for some ono food! A variety of food vendors will be on site selling ʻono food and refreshments.
