Kona Low Storm Recovery Updates
BWS is actively responding to the impacts caused by the March 2026 Kona low flooding and power outages and and is working as quickly and safely as possible to restore normal water service operations.
Flexible Payment Arrangements Available
If you are unable to pay your bills, please call (808) 748-5000, option 4 as soon as possible and speak with a customer service representative about setting up a monthly payment arrangement. You can also submit your request:
- Email or mail a fillable payment arrangement form
- Submit an online request to set up a payment arrangement
