The current water rate schedule for the Board of Water Supply, City and County of Honolulu, was approved by its Board of Directors in November 2023. The rates – which went into effect February 1, 2024 – will remain in effect until superseded. See rate schedule and related information below.

Board Adopts Water Rate Schedule
Customer Service: On November 27, 2023, the Board of Directors for the Honolulu Board of Water Supply adopted Resolution No. 976, 2023, adopting the proposed schedule of rates and charges for the furnishing of water and water service for Fiscal Years 2024 to 2029. The rate changes are scheduled to go into effect as of February 1, 2024.
