New Tenant Forms

Start Water Service:
Use one of these forms if you are starting a new service account with the BWS.

Automatic Bill Payment:
Water and sewer bills can be deducted automatically from either your checking or savings account.


Current Tenant Forms

Update Existing Account Information:
Use one of these forms if you are updating the following information for an existing customer account: service holder name, contact phone number, mailing address, change of employment, or Automatic Bill Payment (ABP) termination.

Stop Water Service:
Use one of these forms if you are terminating water service in your name. Please be aware that all water and sewer charges will continue to be your responsibility until the BWS is notified.

Automatic Bill Payment:
