BWS to Launch Customer Mobile App
On Tuesday, December 1, 2026, the Honolulu Board of Water Supply (BWS) soon will launch a new app to provide customers with fast, secure, and convenient access to essential water service features—anytime, anywhere.
Customers can manage their water service account with ease, including:
View account balance and billing history
Make secure payments by credit/debit card (no card processing fees; single-family residential customers only)
Enroll in paperless billing and update account preferences
Track water usage with clear, easy‑to‑read consumption graphs
Submit customer service requests directly from the app
Apply for or terminate water service
Update profile and contact information
“We recognize our customers’ time is valuable,” said Ernest Lau, Manager and Chief Engineer. “The app is another way we can make accessing BWS services and related information more convenient."
The app is available in the App Store and Google Play.
Mobile App Feedback Survey
"We encourage customers to give the app a try and let us know what works and what doesn’t," Lau said. "We plan to continually improve the app and the services available through the app.”
And, when customers share feedback using the survey link below, they’ll be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a hand-crank emergency radio – a perfect addition to disaster or storm prep kits. (Chances of winning are 1 in 300.)
