Lance Wilhelm was appointed to the Board of Water Supply’s Board of Directors in June 2024.

He is the President of The Wilhelm Group, a multi-disciplinary consultancy and construction management company. Before launching The Wilhelm Group in 2017, Wilhelm served as a Managing Principal for Irongate and as a Senior Vice President for the Kiewit companies.

Wilhelm has a long record of community service, assisting in areas of education, construction, community associations, shipping, and non-profit organizations.

Born and raised in Honolulu, Wilhelm is earned a Bachelors degree in communications from the University of Hawaiʻi after graduating from Kamehameha Schools.
