Parking Procedures

Providing adequate free customer parking and ensuring a safe and secure environment for visitors and employees is a priority at the Board of Water Supply (BWS). Please make note of the following guidelines prior to your visit. These policies ensure that thru traffic and use of the customer parking stalls behind the Public Service Building is restricted to only visitors who are conducting official BWS business. The BWS reserves the right to tow cars that are determined to be parked for other-than-BWS business.

To enter the customer parking lot from either Lauhala Street or Lisbon Street, please follow these steps when you reach the parking control arm:

1. Press the intercom button to speak with BWS security staff.
2. Indicate the purpose of your visit.
3. Proceed carefully into the lot, once you have been cleared for entry and park in an unreserved stall.

Due to driveway and sidewalk construction at the Public Service Building at 630 South Beretania Street, the drive-through payment drop box is closed until further notice. Please consider using one of the other payment options available to BWS customers.

Payment Drop Box

Use the payment drop located in the drivethrough of the Public Service Building on Beretania Street. Enter the BWS customer parking area behind the building from the Lauhala St. side. Turn into the driveway on the right and follow the signs to the payment drop.
