- Job Title: Billing Clerk
Maintains and reviews timely and accurate customer accounts and billing by verifying consumption data and making billing adjustments as needed. Involves use of computer, billing system, calculator, and adding machines.

The position receives payments for water, sewer and other miscellaneous bills received through mail, authorized outside collection stations, e.g., banks and after-hour depository box, etc., and checks and verifies bills and stabs against remittances
- Job Title: Cost and Rate Analyst
Creates a process and build a model to be used to provide actual functionalized cost allocations and variances. Conducts study of various data and determines the best process to functionalize, classify, and allocate cost, and advises the Waterworks Controller for implementation.
- Job Title: Data Processing Systems Analyst II
Designs, configures, develops, tests and implements systems and procedures in support of Board of Water Supply enterprise systems.
Must have two years of experience as a system analyst. Experience in supporting IBM Maximo, Oracle CC&B, JD Edwards, Kronos application systems, Microsoft SQL Server, Cobol, or Java is preferred, but not required.
- Job Title: Information Systems Analyst
This position is located at the Information Technology Division. The incumbent analyses operating practices, methods and procedures, conducts feasibility studies, analyses and designs of the Department's Enterprise Systems, which includes CMMS/Maximo, Kronos, JD Edwards and CC&B. Experience within these systems is preferred, but not required.
- Job Title: Information Systems Security Officer
Serves as an Information Systems Security Officer for the Board of Water Supply, oversees all IT risk management activities, and is responsible for establishing and maintaining an organization wide Information Security Program (Policies and Procedures) to ensure that systems and information assets are adequately protected. Ensures compliance through the implementation of recurring vulnerability and risk assessments and exercises. Determines acceptable levels of IT system risk for the organization, working with the management. The work requires professional experience in system security/cyber security and CISSP, or other comparable security certification.

- Job Title: Laboratory Technician
Performs specialized technical field and laboratory tasks, and assists and participates with higher level professionals in conducting various chemical and/or microbiological analyses of water samples.
- Job Title: Program Analyst
Responsible for developing, coordinating, and evaluating the Customer Care Division's activities to foster effective and efficient customer care services. Monitors work procedures, conducts surveys, collecting, analyzing and reporting results on BWS customer services operations. Duties also include providing training and guidance to the staff for providing consistent and effective customer service.
