- Job Title: Billing Clerk
Maintains and reviews timely and accurate customer accounts and billing by verifying consumption data and making billing adjustments as needed. Involves use of computer, billing system, calculator, and adding machines.
- Job Title: Cost and Rate Analyst
This is a career-challenging position, which reports directly to the Waterworks Controller and works closely with Executive Management to develop a cost accounting program. Applicants should have work experience in complex professional accounting or cost analysis experience in developing cost pools and step down allocations, functionalize costs, determine peak loads, analyze and explain variances using financial management and accounting systems. Work requires independent analysis and proficiency in MS Excel and MS Access; experience with JD Edwards financial software or similar accounting systems preferred. Must have outstanding work ethic and communication skills.
- Job Title: Data Processing Systems Analyst II
Designs, configures, develops, tests and implements systems and procedures in support of Board of Water Supply enterprise systems.
Must have two years of experience as a system analyst. Experience in supporting IBM Maximo, Oracle CC&B, JD Edwards, Kronos application systems, Microsoft SQL Server, Cobol, or Java is preferred, but not required.
- Job Title: Information Systems Analyst
This position is located at the Information Technology Division. The incumbent analyses operating practices, methods and procedures, conducts feasibility studies, analyses and designs of the Department’s Enterprise Systems, which includes CMMS/Maximo, Kronos, JD Edwards and CC&B. Experience within these systems is preferred, but not required.
- Job Title: Information Systems Security Officer
Serves as an Information Systems Security Officer for the Board of Water Supply, oversees all IT risk management activities, and is responsible for establishing and maintaining an organization wide Information Security Program (Policies and Procedures) to ensure that systems and information assets are adequately protected. Ensures compliance through the implementation of recurring vulnerability and risk assessments and exercises. Determines acceptable levels of IT system risk for the organization, working with the management. The work requires professional experience in system security/cyber security and CISSP, or other comparable security certification.
- Job Title: Laboratory Technician
Performs specialized technical field and laboratory tasks, and assists and participates with higher level professionals in conducting various chemical and/or microbiological analyses of water samples.

Tactfully receives and processes phone calls from the public; receives reports of loss that include claim forms, notice of loss correspondences and input information to a computer system; creates and maintains variety of logs and files; processes claim and insurance related payments; composes correspondence; follows up on work status; and other variety of support work to the office.
