Customers seeking to update their account information, start water service, or stop water service are encouraged to submit their requests electronically either through our online request forms or by completing a printable form and then mailing, emailing, or faxing it to the BWS as indicated on the form.

Current Tenant Forms

Update Existing Account Information: Use one of these forms if you are updating the following information for an existing customer account: service holder name, contact phone number, mailing address, change of employment, or Automatic Bill Payment (ABP) termination.
