Draft Proposed Water Rate Schedule

The Honolulu Board of Water Supply is sharing the draft proposed water rate schedule for residential, non-residential, and agricultural development. The public is invited to watch an introductory video and provide their feedback on the proposed rates. BWS has been making presentations to Neighborhood Boards around the island and held four community meetings in August. Recordings of the community meetings are available online and will air on Olelo public television.

Community Information Meetings

In late July, BWS announced that it would host a series of community information meetings in August about the proposed water rates. The first was held at Benjamin Parker Elementary School in Kaneohe on August 14, 2023. The second took place at the Japanese Cultural Center in Honolulu on August 15, 2023. The third was at Kapolei Hale on August 16, 2023, and the fourth was held at Mililani High School on August 23, 2023. Recordings of those meetings will be made available in the video player below and will be air on Olelo Community Television.
