From 2013 to 2020, the Honolulu Board of Water Supply (BWS) proudly sponsored a category in the Olelo Youth Xchange Student Video Competition in order to teach Hawaii’s youth about the importance of preserving and protecting water resources.
The video contest is open to students statewide in grades Kindergarten through 12. The category challenges Hawaii’s intelligent young minds to create a 30-second Public Service Announcement (PSA) that highlights the year's chosen theme about water resources.
