HONOLULU – The Board of Water Supply (BWS) is offering an automated service for its customers to access account information and pay their bills* 24/7 via their touch-tone phone.

“We are pleased to present our customers with one more payment option. Our automated pay-by-phone service allows BWS account holders to take care of their bills at their convenience – wherever they are and whatever time they choose,” said Ernest Lau, Manager and Chief Engineer.

Customers who want to use the new service can call (808) 204-4234 and follow prompts to navigate their way through the automated system to successfully make payment.
