Kamehameha Highway - Kahana Bay UPDATE

BWS announces roadwork weekend schedule for August 5 – August 8.

HONOLULU - Board of Water Supply (BWS) announces updated road work schedule starting immediately through August 8, 2022.  Dates and times are subject to change.

  • August 5 & 6, 2022, Kamehameha Highway at Kahana Beach Park single lane closure with contra flow to finalize BWS concrete form work and for the safety of the crew.
  • August 7, 2022, Kamehameha Highway at Kahana Beach park single lane closure with contra flow until 6pm.  At 6:00 p.m. Kamehameha Highway will be closed for repaving until 4:30 a.m. on Monday, August 8, 2022.
  • August 8, 2022, at 4:30 a.m. Kamehameha Highway scheduled for full reopening.

The BWS apologizes for the inconvenience and appreciates everyone’s continued kokua during this process.
