BWS Launches New Account Portal with Self-Service Features

Online customers need to reregister to use site

HONOLULU – The Board of Water Supply (BWS) is launching a new account portal with a new look and self-service features that provide online customers with control over their account and account information. The account portal will be accessible to customers beginning September 1, 2021.

To use the new account portal for the first time, a customer with an existing online account will need to reregister. Their current credentials will not work. They can still go to www.boardofwatersupply.com and click on the “Account” button to be redirected to the login page to update their bookmark and reregister for the service.  There is a link to a short video with instructions on how to register. Customers who experience problems with registering can call (808) 748-5000 and press Option 5, or email customerservice@hbws.org for assistance.

After successfully registering, users should re-enroll for paperless billing.

In the new account portal, customers can send secure messages and/or pay* their water and sewer bill quickly and easily. Changes include additional security features to prevent unauthorized account access and new features to improve user experience.
*BWS accepts credit and debit card payments for only single-family residential accounts and does not charge a card processing fee.

All BWS customers can go online and:

  • Update their account profile (new feature).
  • Start/stop service (new feature).
  • Go “green” with paperless billing.
