BWS Continues Suspension of Water Shut Offs

HONOLULU – The Board of Water Supply (BWS) will continue to extend the suspension of water shut-off for non-payment of water bills through Monday, August 31, 2020.

BWS does urge anyone experiencing increased financial hardship to visit our website at https://www.boardofwatersupply.com/support and fill out a form to request a payment arrangement as soon as possible. Customers without online access may call 748-5070 for assistance -- please note that wait times could be long due to high call volumes.
