HONOLULU – If Oahu residents or businesses suspect that a main break may be affecting their water service, they may now check the Board of Water Supply (BWS) website to see if an outage has been reported in their area.

The main breaks information page – - is a convenient way for BWS customers to find basic details about reported water main breaks, 4” or larger, that may be impacting Oahu’s municipal water system. Information is posted online as it becomes available, including location, cross streets, pipe size, the date and time when water service was turned off and/or turned on, and, if deployed, the location of any water wagons provided for residents in the area.
