This informative workshop introduces you to Integrated Pest Management (IPM) techniques, companion planting, and how to make creative pest traps from repurposed materials found at home. Homeowners who apply these techniques will minimize their chemical impact on the environment. Participants will make a mosquito or white fly trap to take home. Please bring a plastic liter bottle for the workshop. We’ll be repurposing it for your insect trap.
Advanced registration is required. Registration opens on Tuesday, February 14, 2017, and closes at 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 9, 2017, or when all spaces are filled. Call (808) 748-5315 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to register. BWS security requires full name and address of all participants.
