Start service and stop service request forms for the Board of Water Supply (BWS) are available online. Customers may also call Customer Service at (808) 748-5030 for assistance.
If you are moving out, all water and sewer charges will continue to be your responsibility until you notify the BWS to terminate service in your name. We will accept the date of your call or a future date as the service termination date. A closing receipt number will be provided to you as your proof that we have been notified of the termination of service.

Upon establishing the agricultural water service, you will receive an agricultural packet if you wish to apply for agricultural water rate.
