TO REPORT A WATER PROBLEM:

If you are experiencing low or no water service, or you suspect that there is a main break in your neighborhood, please call our trouble line at 748-5000.  A BWS dispatcher can provide you with information regarding main breaks, water service disruptions, or assist you with a water emergency 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
