Starting, stopping or transfering your water service?
Please call Customer Service at 748-5030 and we will be happy to assist you.
Stopping Water Service
If you are moving out, all water and sewer charges will continue to be your responsibility until you notify us to terminate service in your name. We will accept the date of your call or a future date as the service termination date. A closing receipt number will be provided to you as your proof that we have been notified of the termination of service.
Starting Water Service
If you would like to start your water service, please refer to the list below for who to contact at the Board of Water Supply and if you need to provide any specific information.
I am moving into a single family residence.
Please call Customer Service at 748-5030 and be ready to provide the following information:
- Your name
- Your new address
- The date you want to start water service (also known as the "effective date")
- The billing address (if it is different from your new place of residence)
I would like a new water service for a vacant lot.
Please call the BWS Customer Service, Service Engineering 748-5460 to apply for the new water service.

- Type of crop production
- Crop irrigation requirements

Upon establishing the agricultural water service, you will receive an agricultural packet if you wish to apply for agricultural water rate.
